Handling Bancassurance with Client Bank and co-ordinating with the branches for sale of third party products to achieve the target
Lead a team of executives and will be responsible for setting their targets.
Plan and help the team achieving the set revenue, yield and volume targets.
Implementing a sales marketing plan to agreed activity.
New client acquisition through industry contacts and cold calls.
Perform full sales function, including pre-sales activities, preparing the illustration and guiding the client accordingly.
Achieve revenue and customer satisfaction target as outlined.
Supervised the development and preparation of reports that are required to analyze the sales performance against the established plans and objectives.
Developed the MIS and the sending the same to the TOP management.
Helping the Client Branch branches in getting the accounts through references.
Checking of the forms as the per the IRDA regulation.
Handling HNI segment of clientele at Bandra, Khar, Mahim and Prabhadevi.
Make critical decisions to secure incremental and profitable revenue without direct supervision.
Provide innovative solutions and recommendations on business issues and respond with appropriate speed and measures.
Track all revenue and monitor all corporate deals and keep records.
Establish, review and update an Account Development Plan for all key corporate.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales volume for Infrastructure and Application Management services with potential clients.
