Requirement:

Team: Live Remote PC Support (http://www.livepcsupport.com/)

Required Skills:

The Support Technicians must have very strong knowledge of:

* MS Office, being familiar with Internet, works in accordance with procedures for situation management and solving procedures;
* Windows in depth troubleshooting (error messages, improving performance, tweaking system);
* Windows directory structure;
* Windows registry structure;
* File Systems,
* Configuring Windows Services;
* Firewall and Anti-Virus programs usage (installing, configuring and use);
* Spoken and written English language (advanced / fluent)
* Microsoft certification is a must. Certification should be current and valid for minimum 1 year.


Desired Profile:

* Any graduate with 2+yrs of relevant experience
* Strong command of written and spoken English & aptitude skills are mandatory.
* Proven team-player prepared to work on 24/7 shifts to form and be a part of forward thinking and dynamic Remote PC support department.
* Excellent Presentation, Communication and Inter-Personal Skills with Immense Zeal to Learn and strongly focussed
* Excellent analytical & problem solving skills,
* Should be ready to join the team ASAP.
