Recruiting and developing agents.

- Meet targets (Weekly, Monthly Quarterly and Yearly)

- Recruitment of agents / advisors.

- Development of agent / advisors - prospecting habits, calling habits
and work habits through various training program.

- Supervise the activity plan of all agents / advisors to ensure that
these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.

- Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents

- Help agents / advisors use the successful system and processes for
maximizing business from a given target market.

- Identify, interview and select new agents.

- Undertake joint field work with agents/ advisors and demonstrate
successful sales skills.

- Provide feedback to trainers on group and individual development of
agents / advisors
Ensure that agents / advisors under supervision perform as per the
companys rules and regulations
