Job Description Introductie/Introduction:
Abbott GIS (Global IT Services), location Zwolle, is the IT Service Center for Abbott affiliates in Europe. GIS delivers services on; Data Center (Wintel server and i-Series), Infrastructure, Desktop Support and Service Desk. Abbott GIS is looking for Desktop Support Specialist to be located at Abbott Logistics in Breda.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden/Core Responsibilities:
You are part of a team of Desktop Support Specialists and your task is to configure, deliver and maintain the hardware: pc, laptops, printers and phones, efficiently and correctly. You also provide End User support on pc/laptop, telecommunication and functional soft- and hardware issues.
The location Breda provides an innovative, exciting and fully automated pharmaceutical warehouse environment critical to the supply chain of Abbott.
The job opening is a based on a full time position.
Skills/Experience Requirements Vereiste vaardigheden en ervaring/Required Skills and Experience:
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar environment
• You are used to working according to standard operating procedures
• You have extensive knowledge and experience on Microsoft Windows XP, SMS, Ghost, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and VOIP.
• You show affinity with PDA barcode scanners and laser-/label printers
• You are customer oriented, service minded and result driven
• You have good communication skills, written and oral, in Dutch and English
• You are a team player but can also function alone
• Your analytical skills are well developed, you show eye for detail and work accurately
• Knowledge of ITIL is required
Education Requirements MBO/BA work- and knowledge level
