1) The position holder will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Corporates, Institutions and ensuring business growth in the respective region.

2) The position is responsible for achieving the product wise targets on MF, GI, Gold, Corp Broking, IPO funding, penetration in Corporates through worksites and providing financial solution to Corporates and their employees too.

3) To build a cohesive corporate distribution business encompassing the following products- MF/GI/Gold/IPO funding etc.

4) Ensure effective and smooth relationship with Corporates and Institutions for growth in business

5) Strong ability to distribute and pitch all financial products suitable for Corporates.

6) Ability to provide financial and Investment solutions to Corporates.

7) Ensure cross selling worksites for TPP products across the counters of Corporates .

8) Drive New Initiatives like customer meets & information sharing

9) Work in tandem with the Retail Distribution team of Channel Partners.

10) Focus on Relationship Management and to take care of Sales Targets,

11) Relationship building, generating & increasing sales

12) Gathering knowledge of Competition, Products and the intelligence to run with trends in the market

13) Responsible for achievement of their business targets

14) Work with Partners and Manufacturers for Mutual funds/ Life, Non Life Insurance etc.

MBA /CA / Graduates with 3-7 Yrs of work experience preferably with Financial Organization

Strong: understanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Broking and other financial products

Confident & Assertive
