Job Details:
The role involves handling promotional activities for new and existing products. Incumbent shall be responsible for formulating the brands long-term strategy and developing and executing marketing plans. He will assist in defining the brand pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly. The person shall execute marketing initiatives in support of long term strategies through leadership of the business unit team. This position assists the business unit team on assigned brands or will manage smaller brands in all aspects of the P&L. The role involves constant communication with printers, ad agencies. Traveling to distributors on a regular basis for brand development.
