One of our client is a Top Leading Banking & Financial Institution based in Australia and having offices & Businesses worldwide. Due to sustained growth, the Bank requires Business Analysts who will focus on IT Development, Software Engineering
Develop detailed business process specifications, business requirements and system functional and non functional specifications that will drive the desired change to Core Banking and Transactions and Savings systems, system enhancement and development activities; in accordance with the business analysis process framework
Requirements gathering, Business Analysis
Develop operational and system documentation
Ensure accurate requirements collection and documentation across a number of projects.
Meet with the stakeholders, gather clear requirements, perform analysis as required
Create accurate requirements documentation
Facilitation of business solution workshops involving participants from senior management to business users
Lead the definition of requirements and design of new or re-engineered Core Banking business processes to meet the needs of the team
Skills/Competencies:
3+ years of experience in Hogan Core Banking systems, transactions and savings, data analysis, system functional and non functional analysis and business case preparation experience
Knowledge of software development and project management disciplines
Strong Business analysis skills
Proven ability and commitment to work collaboratively within teams
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to work to deadlines and deliver quality software within specified time frames
Desirable:
2 to 10 years experience in Software Development out of which significant experience should be in Business Analysis
Three years experience in large IT site
Experience in people management
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science/ Business or related discipline
Your excellent interpersonal and management skills, an ability to relate to all levels of Management up to Managing Director level and high level written and verbal communication skills will enable you to negotiate the best outcome for the business.
