Job Details:
Provide technical support for Monitoring tools technologies
Work with Infra & Application Support teams to provide a complete monitoring solution
Review and respond to business requirements with proposed solutions, license requirements and lead-time
Assist in Monitoring Tools related project roll-outs
Work with relevant Architecture, Support & Project teams to propose solutions with approved technical architecture, connectivity and security which is consistent with the Banks standards and policies.
Review business projects in order to identify the Operational Acceptance Test (OAT) needs and carry out OAT s.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, test plans and test reports, and ensure they are well communicated among business.
To ensure documentation, guidelines and procedures are in place and enforced for quality in operational processes.
Implementation of new operational procedures and regular review and improvement of the existing procedures including assistance in acceptance testing
To ensure new and existing systems conform to Group Standards.
Adherance to process
To maintain an expert knowledge within the team of technology and industry trends in relation to business requirements, and the direction of the Group.
