RESPONSIBILITIES

- Development of test automation for ECU verification in HIL set-up

- Understanding of the powertrain test requirement document, Algorithm Documents and developing the test requirement and test scripts

- Developing the HIL plant models and modifying the model based on requirement

- Conducting Reviews, Delivery of final product

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

BE/BTECH in Electronics and Communication/Electrical and Electronics/Mechanical/Automotive Electronics with 3-5 yrs exp in the area of Automotive (powertrain preferred) software verification and validation


SKILLS /PERSONAL SPECS/ Tools
Essential Skills

- Hands on experience with any of the Hardware In Loop setup (dspace/labcar/OpalRT preferred)
- Experienced in test automation
- Good in understanding of software, tools such as INCA, CANOe, Canalyser
- Good in C language
- Good knowledge of communication and diagnostics protocol
- Good understanding of Powertrain domain
- Good trouble shooting skills


Desired Skills
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python/Perl)
- Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink, RTW
- Knowledge of Hybrid Controls
- Experience in Safety System Development/V&V
