One of our clients is a large format Retail organization. They have seen continued Growth in all the segments the company is dealing with. To enhance the global presence, the company has big plans to open Retail outlets in Europe and America. We are looking for a really switched on salesperson that is looking to enter a new market in selling across sectors on a Business to Business level. You will need to be someone who has the drive to keep your activity levels high whilst also being strategic to plan how you will grow the business in the long term. The candidate should be having great Business Acumen, interpersonal skills for this position. The Business Support and Training Team is consisting of 150 persons.
This organization offer Business support and Retail Management training to all related businesses and you will predominantly be selling to Vendor Development, Supply Chain management, Inventory Planning and Control departments of the Retail Chains, businesses.
Job Profile:
Driving new business through referral, cold calling and targeted territories
Managing all client relationships and getting maximum return from accounts
Manage the Sales and marketing plan reporting systems and income streams
This is an opportunity to make the Sales & marketing area yours as the company grows and build a team underneath you with Account Managers and further salespeople. This is not a heavily saturated industry and you have the opportunity to make a huge difference & step into a management role long term. There is hard work ahead but with the right attitude you can really make your career & make a lot of commissions on the way.
